SO WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON.

Joshua is Ascending. As in, he is turning from a Composer into an Angel (except there's a bunch of fiddly details in there which if you want to know about you can go read my headcanon post). And he will get a lot of the nice bonuses that come with being an Angel, also listed in headcanon.

What this will do is release a huge burst of Soul throughout Luceti. A large enough burst that it has the chance to affect everyone (muns can opt characters in or out as they choose). What this will do is *~INSPIRE PEOPLE~* to be creative. Since this is a positive thing, it inspires people positively. Even if they can't be creative, they're certainly more likely to be nice. This builds as he Ascends until it peaks a day in, at which point it will taper off once the transformation is complete.

Because Josh will be so freshly Ascended, he will likely ping most angelic or magically sensitive people because he's getting a huge jump in power without knowing how to fully control all of it for a while.
